Small group classes are offered at convenient times during the week and provide some individual attention so that the client gets a more
effective workout. All classes are open-level, incorporating Pilates fundamentals and principles.
Private Sessions offer one-on-one personal attention, ensuring the client gets the most out of their workout. A Reformer/ Tower is a
piece of Pilates equipment used to provide a spring resistance, which gives assistance in enabling the client to find specific muscles during
an exercise.
