Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for classes and private session are to be given within 24-hours of the scheduled time to avoid a late charge. If the cancellation is not made with at least a 24-hour notice the client will be charged the full amount. Scheduling can be done via phone or email to avoid the late cancellation fee.

Pre-Payments                                                                                                                                         All scheduled sessions require payment before scheduling. Because limited space is available, this guarantees that your spot is held.

Credit/Debit Card Payments
All credit/debit card payments have a 4% fee. Pay by check or cash to avoid the fee.

Noise Policy
Please turn cell phones to silent before entering the studio to limit distractions. If there is a private session or class going on when entering the studio, please keep noise levels down so the instructor’s voice can be heard. This is a safety issue!

Dress Code
Because Pilates is very focused on form, it’s best to wear form-fitting clothes so the instructor can assist with any corrections. Clothes should be comfortable, but not too baggy. Please avoid wearing anything see-through. Avoid heavy perfumes or colognes in case others are sensitive to smells.

Weather
The studio will be closed for bad weather when public schools are closed. If the studio is closed, no late charge will be applied.
